Pending lawyer review. This text was written by InferRoute and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It is not legal advice.
Publisher
This site is published by InferRoute SASU, a French simplified joint-stock company with a single shareholder (SASU), share capital €1, registered with the Paris trade and companies register (RCS Paris) under number 107 490 492.
Registered office: 1 rue de Chazelles, 75017 Paris, France.
Publication director: Henry Declety, président.
Contact: support@inferroute.ai.
VAT number: to be added (pending).
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States (vercel.com). The early-access list is stored on InferRoute's own server at inferroute.ai.
Privacy: the early-access form
What is stored. Your email address, your two optional answers (what kind of product, and whether you are looking into an invention, a name or both), the time you ticked the consent box, and any campaign tag in the link you arrived by (utm_source, utm_campaign, utm_content). The early-access list itself stores no IP address and no browser details. The hosting (Vercel) sees the request your browser makes, as for any website.
Why. To write to you about Anteriora's early access: once when it opens for you, and, at most, a few times about the product. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box.
Who. The data controller is InferRoute SASU (above). It is stored in InferRoute's database behind inferroute.ai and is not sold or passed to anyone else.
How long. Until Anteriora is open and you have been written to, or until you ask for deletion, whichever is first; at most 24 months.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete what is stored, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to support@inferroute.ai. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Cookies. This site sets no cookies. Its fonts are served from this site; no third-party font service is called.
Privacy: visit statistics
What is counted. Each page view, and a few clicks (the button to create an account, a price's Buy button, copying the install line, sending the early-access form), add one to a count for the day. The count records the page, the campaign tag of the link you arrived by (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content), the name of the site that linked here, the country our host (Vercel) reports for the request, whether the screen is narrow, and which prices were on sale. Nothing is stored on your device to count you, and no IP address, browser details or visitor identifier is kept: only the daily totals. Our host (Vercel) sees each request your browser makes, as for any website.
Why. To know which pages and which posts bring people to Anteriora, and how people react to the prices. Legal basis: InferRoute's legitimate interest in measuring the audience of its own site.
Your account. If you create an account from a link that carries a campaign tag, the tag is kept with your account, to see which posts bring customers. It is deleted with the account.
How long. Daily totals are kept for at most 25 months.
Saying no. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, nothing is counted. You can also turn counting off for this browser here:
Privacy: the app
How your descriptions and names are handled inside the app is explained on how the privacy works. In short: the app verifies a hardware-isolated machine by remote attestation before any text is sent, your description is sealed on your computer to that machine, and the name check's searches run on your computer. A fuller privacy notice for the app will be published before it is sold.
Terms of sale
Anteriora is not on sale from this site yet, and there is no public price. The terms of sale that will apply are published at inferroute.ai/terms (also pending lawyer review).
Not legal advice
Anteriora is a search tool. Nothing on this site or in the app is legal advice, an opinion on patentability or freedom to operate, or an opinion on whether a name can be used or registered. For those, consult a patent or trademark attorney.
